Yacht Club Estates

Yacht Club Estates is a small private development along the shores of Shadow Mountain Lake. There are only five homes, of which four are sold to front- range residents’ who use this home as their second home. The homes are unequaled in the Town of Grand Lake.

You will no longer have to cover your boat during the afternoon showers. Simply hit your garage door, and drive into your private boat slip, and lift your boat out of the water. The upper deck can be used for partying or sunning. It has mounts for five separate umbrella tables for your private use.
